Maxi Skirts For Fall

With cooler weather right around the corner (or here for some of you) skirts might not be top of mind but don’t let this time of year stop you from styling skirts in your wardrobe! Even if you live in a climate like mine in Southern California where dressing to stay warm isn’t necessarily your priority, I still love suggesting maxi skirts this time of year for my clients to stay seasonally appropriate and on-trend. From knit to satin and leather, here are the maxi skirt trends I’m looking forward to styling this season.

A maxi skirt trend that never seems to fade out of style completely is the classic satin/silk maxi. Satin and silk maxi skirts are so chic when paired with anything from oversized blazers, turtlenecks, and chunky sweaters. This gorgeous brown maxi is great for fall but I’m also loving this bone maxi skirt with a slit for dimension. In fall and winter, knit dresses and maxi skirts are perfect to stay warm while keeping yourself from falling into a denim rut, here’s an affordable knit maxi skirt I love. Rich browns and caramels are so good this season like this leather skirt with a tie at the waist..so flattering! If black is more your style, I found this classic black maxi skirt and this gorgeous pleated skirt.
